Complete breakdown of Waco results and preview of MVP Open at Austin
Kristin Lätt & Adam Hammes Win Waco!
What an electric weekend at Prodigy Presents WACO! The BEast delivered once again.
Kristin Lätt showed exactly why she's at the top of the FPO field, becoming only the second FPO player after Paige Pierce to win the same tournament three years in a row!
Meanwhile, Adam Hammes made a clutch 40ft putt on hole 18 to win the MPO Division by a single stroke over Simon Lizotte, who put on the pressure by birdying 8 of his last 9 holes.
Standout Waco Fantasy Performances:
MPO Division:
- 🏆 Adam Hammes – 179 Fantasy Points (FP) + a clutch win
- 🔥 Simon Lizotte – 167 FP, continuing his incredible start to the season (and avoiding major injury on the poorly designed teepad of Hole 18)
- ✨ Evan Smith – 156 FP, still trying to make 'em remember the name!
Biggest MPO Surprises of the Weekend
- ✨ Jake Monn – After a strong showing at the Supreme Flight Open, he followed it up with a historic final round at WACO, tying the course record with a -15, 49 on the par 64 layout. He finished T26, but his Round 3 explosion earned 75 FP—the best single-round fantasy performance of the weekend!
- ✨ Evan Scott – 140 FP, quietly putting together a strong start to the season.
- ✨ Grady Shue – 136 FP, another strong finish that rewarded fantasy teams.
FPO Division:
- 🏆 Kristin Lätt – 157 FP, a dominant three-peat performance despite a shaky stretch
- 🔥 Holyn Handley – 127 FP in her second 2nd-place finish of the season
- 🔥 Henna Blomroos – 125 FP, a strong fantasy weekend despite struggles on the green
Biggest FPO Surprises of the Weekend
- ✨ Rebecca Cox – Set the new FPO BEast course record with a -11 on the par 67 layout, dropping 59 FP in a single round (not including her top-10 finish bonus)!
- ✨ Jessica Weese – 87 FP, one of her best performances in a while!
- ✨ Madison Walker (honk, honk!) – 83 FP, great to see Madison putting in the top ten finish! 🦢🔥
- ✨ Cadence Burge – 78 FP, proving she's the FPO surprise of the season so far!
This week: MVP's Open at Austin!
Two courses, four days, and big names to watch this week! The MVP's Open at Austin presented by Flight Factory Discs is set to be a true test of endurance as the first DGPT+ event of the season kicks off on Thursday, March 20!
Unlike traditional events, this four-day battle will take place on two distinct courses:
- ⛳ The Open Course at Harvey Penick – A bomber's paradise, where players with elite distance have the edge.
- ⛳ Sprinkle Valley – The site of last year's US Women's Disc Golf Championship (USWDGC), demanding precise shot shaping and mental toughness to navigate its very tight lines and unforgiving rough. Can you say twizzlers?
Key Players to Watch – MPO
- 🔥 Niklas Anttila – Won his first DGPT event last year at the Harvey Penick course, making history as the first Finnish player to win on Tour! He racked up 168 FP in the process—can he defend his title?
- 🔥 Kyle Klein, Calvin Heimburg, Anthony Barela, and Cole Redalen – Each scored 120+ FP last year and thrive on Harvey Penick's open layout.
- 🔥 The Big Arms – This event favors players who can absolutely crush—expect distance throwers to shine on Harvey Penick while precision putters battle on Sprinkle Valley. Will the big arms be able to go over the top?
Key Players to Watch – FPO
- 🔥 Ohn Scoggins – Averaged 130.5 FP between the two courses last year after winning The Open at Austin with 164 FP!
- 🔥 Missy Gannon – Averaged 121 FP between the two events after winning at Sprinkle Valley (146 FP)!
- 🔥 Kristin Lätt – Didn't win either event last year but still averaged 101 FP, despite struggles at Sprinkle Valley during USWDGC. A must-start in any event!
- 🔥 Eveliina Salonen – The most exciting thrower in the game (you can't deny it!), she averaged 99.5 FP between the two events, including 2nd place at USWDGC.
With two different courses and an extra day of play, the Open at Austin will reward versatility, endurance, and raw power. Who will stay sharp and claim the first DGPT+ crown of the year?

New Upgrades:
✅ Commissioners can now update team rosters after an event locks: Someone forget to set their starting lineup before a tournament? If the commissioner is feeling generous they can now update team lineups after an event locks. This only applies to moving players between bench and starting positions, it does not allow picking up new players from the free agent pool. To access this feature go into the Tournament page and click "Edit" next to a team, then update the starting lineup as you normally would.
Coming Soon:
🔨 Icon indicating which Pros are registered for the upcoming tournament: A simple way to see which Pros are registered to aid in setting your starting lineups. We know this upgrade will make setting your lineups much easier and aim to have this launched by the end of the month!
