Complete breakdown of Kansas City results and preview of PDGA Champions Cup

Gannon Buhr and Holyn Handley Take Kansas City!

The Kansas City Wide Open delivered another action-packed weekend full of fantasy fireworks and big-time performances!

In MPO, Gannon Buhrโ€”the best player in the world right nowโ€”delivered another statement win. He opened the tournament with one of the best rounds of his career, shooting -14 and racking up 74 fantasy points in Round 1! From there, he cruised to victory, even after an awkward start to the final, weather-shortened round (only 9 holes played). Gannon finished the event with a stellar 175 fantasy points, capturing his third consecutive Kansas City Wide Open title and reminding everyone that he's the one to beat.

In FPO, Holyn Handley showed once again why she's becoming a dominant force. Holyn won comfortably, finishing at -19 and putting up a massive 156 Fantasy Points for the event. She held off the surging Cadence Burge, who continued her incredible breakout season, finishing at -17 and earning an impressive 142 Fantasy Points.

With Kristin Lรคtt, Eveliina Salonen, and Silva Saarinen not in the field, it opened the door for several other FPO standouts to step up. Ella Hansen led the next group of scorers with 105 Fantasy Points, followed by Kat Mertsch with 95 FP, Missy Gannon with 90 FP, and Ohn Scoggins with 82 FP.
